Future Advocates for Agriculture Concerned About Tomorrow (FAACT)
FCFB’s FAACT Leadership Development Program is an eight-month comprehensive educational program for community leaders focusing on issues affecting agriculture – the county’s number one employer. The once-a-month, day-long seminars provide half-day classroom discussions with leading experts and half-day tour/field trips. Subjects include Fresno County’s diversified agriculture, air quality, land use planning and growth, immigration reform and labor, international trade and economic viability, and water supply and quality issues.
