FCFB's "Blue Ribbon Family A-Fair" is set for May 8

Fresno County Farm Bureau’s Annual Banquet, “A Blue Ribbon Family A-Fair,” will be held on Thursday, May 8 from 5:30 to 9 p.m. at the Fresno Fairgrounds, Table Mountain Rancheria Park.

This year, Farm Bureau families are encouraged to bring the whole family! Recognizing the park-like setting at the Fairgrounds is the perfect venue for families to gather, FCFB banquet planners want to encourage FCFB members and supporters to bring their children.

In addition, a wide variety of “finger foods” will be available, including some “fair food” specialties. 

As part of the annual banquet activities, FCFB will present its Distinguished Service Award, honoring an individual’s long-time commitment to Fresno County agriculture and Farm Bureau.

Similar to last year, a Silent Auction is planned to raise funds to help support the state Farm Bureau’s Protect the Family Farmer PAC. Silent Auction donation items and services are being accepted, including items that can be used on the farm, as well as entertainment, household and food products, and special services.
